1- Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and utmost concern.
2- All our dresses are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection four times before being shipped out to minimize such problems from arising. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.
3- Bear in mind that the quality problem is not including colour aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition, but we can declare that our products are of good quality. Any uninformed returning of the item will not be credited.
Process for Return & Exchange
You should contact us within 7 business days (from the date that the item is received) if you want to return & exchange the item back to us.
Please initiate return or exchange through manage order with the order id & contact number.
(A reply with the resolution is offered within 48 hours)
1- We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise If you get wrong item and place a new order for another color, or a different size, or an entirely new style.
2- For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
3- If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips and with the intact tags attached. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be refunded or credited in this case.
4- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
5- If you want to cancel the COD order, then you have to contact us within 24 hours.
6- If you want to cancel the PREPAID order, then you have to contact us within 24 hours, after that you will be eligible for a 50% of the product refund.
7- If you cancel the order or return the product amount that should not be refunded, you will receive the credit note which is valid upto 45 days.
8- We only accept a partial or complete refund for the item that has a problem due to our carelessness or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered. That means we cannot warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by Fragancia.
9- Packages lost during the ordinary shipment period can be treated with full refund.
10- We cannot accept returns for confirmed customer customized sized or customer self designed dress.
11- For exchange pickup will be arranged from our end if the order value is above Rs.2999/-. Pickup for exchange is allowed only once.
12- For return merchandise pickup will not be arranged by us, customers have to return at their own expense.
13- For exchange pickup will be arranged from customer side if the order value below Rs 2,999/-
